What are the available plans for E-Shop?
Choose Starter (₹499/month), Growth (₹999/month), or Business (₹1,999/month). The yearly option shows a 20% saving. Compare the included features on our pricing page.
Can I change my plan later?
The setup flow lets you review and change your plan before launching. This demo does not create a paid subscription.
Is there any setup fee?
The displayed plans have no separate setup fee. You can explore the setup experience without entering payment details.
Do you offer refunds?
No payments are collected in this demo. Refund terms should be confirmed with the service provider before purchasing a live subscription.
What payment methods do you accept?
Payment processing is not connected in this preview. You can explore plans and complete the store setup without a payment.

How do I create an E-Shop account?
Select Get Started, enter your business details, choose a plan, customize your store, and add your products. The preview saves your work on this device; it does not create a live account.
How long does it take to set up my store?
The five-step setup only takes a few minutes to explore. Have your store name, address, logo and product details ready.
Do I need technical knowledge to use E-Shop?
No coding is required. The setup wizard guides you through business details, branding and your product catalog.
Can I try E-Shop before subscribing?
Yes. Visit Screenshots & Demo to browse the interface and try the interactive store without signing up.
Store Setup
Questions about store setup, domain, branding and settings.
Can I use my own domain?
Custom domains are listed in the Business plan and as a pricing add-on. Domain registration and connection are not enabled in this frontend demo.
Can I customize my store design?
Yes. In Store Setup you can preview your store name, description, logo and banner.
Can I add my store logo and brand colors?
You can upload a PNG or JPEG logo and banner during setup. Your images appear in the store preview.
Is the QR code store included in all plans?
QR code access is included in every displayed plan. The QR illustrations in this preview are decorative examples.

How do I add products?
In step four of store setup, choose Add Product. Enter a name, category, price and stock quantity. You can also upload a product image.
Can I bulk upload products?
Yes. The setup flow accepts a CSV with name, category, price and stock columns. Download the template from the product step to get started.
Orders
Keep track of your store’s orders.
How do I manage orders?
The Orders preview demonstrates order amounts and statuses, including New, Processing, Ready and Delivered. The interactive demo basket lets you explore the customer shopping experience.
QR Code
Make your store easy to discover.
How does a store QR code work?
Customers scan a store’s QR code to open its storefront. This design preview includes example QR artwork; live QR generation requires a published storefront URL.
Payments
Understand payments and billing.
Are payments secure?
This frontend preview does not collect card details or process payments. A payment provider must be connected before the store can accept real payments.

How do I invite staff members?
